A Legacy of Freedom: Honoring 32 Years of Living Free Recovery Services
What began 32 years ago as a compassionate response to the deep need for recovery support grew into a ministry that touched countless lives. Through clinical services, counseling, support groups, and faithful encouragement, we have witnessed powerful stories of transformation—people finding hope, rebuilding relationships, and discovering that freedom is possible.
We remain deeply grateful for the dedicated staff, volunteers, partners, and supporters who have poured their hearts into this ministry over the years. Their commitment has made an eternal difference in the lives of so many.
After much prayer and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Living Free Recovery Services as a clinical organization. Increasing financial pressures have made it unsustainable for us to continue providing clinical services in the way we have for many years.
While this chapter is coming to a close, the heart and mission of Living Free will continue. The support groups and care resources that have been such an important part of the ministry will carry forward under the umbrella of Living Word’s Care and Counseling Department. Our commitment to walking with people toward healing, wholeness, and freedom remains unchanged.
We celebrate all that God has done through Living Free Recovery Services over the past 32 years. The legacy of transformed lives, restored hope, and renewed purpose will continue to ripple forward for generations to come.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. We look forward with faith and expectation as this next season of care and support continues through Living Word’s Care and Counseling Department.
